ArcStack LLC collects and uses information needed to operate its products, manage subscriptions, process payments, provide support, and protect service security.
Information we collect

How we use information

Payments and service providers
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. ArcStack may also use third-party services for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, customer support, and security operations. ArcStack does not need to store full card details in order to provide service access.
Data retention
ArcStack keeps account, billing, support, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or tax obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record and the status of the account.
Sharing
ArcStack may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, payments, analytics, security, customer support, or other operational functions. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce terms, protect the service, or support a business transfer. ArcStack does not sell personal information as part of ordinary product operation.
Customer choices
Customers may request account, billing, access, correction, deletion, or privacy support through the support channel available in their product account or by contacting ArcStack directly.

ArcStack may update this policy from time to time to reflect product changes, operational needs, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on this site with a revised effective date.
