ArcStack LLC
Terms
ArcStack LLC provides paid digital software services. By accessing or using an ArcStack product, customers agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
Accounts
- Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
- Customers are responsible for activity that occurs under their account credentials.
- Customers must keep login credentials secure and notify ArcStack if they believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
- ArcStack may suspend or restrict access if an account is used in a way that creates security, operational, payment, or legal risk.
Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions renew on a recurring basis unless canceled before the next renewal date.
- Plan details, usage limits, and pricing are shown before checkout.
- Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, chargebacks, and payment method accuracy where required by the checkout flow.
- Failure to complete payment may result in reduced access, paused access, or account suspension.
Acceptable use
- Customers may not use the service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
- Customers may not attempt to interfere with system security, availability, access controls, billing flows, or normal product operation.
- Customers may not resell, misuse, or automate access in a way that exceeds plan limits or creates unreasonable operational risk.
- ArcStack may investigate accounts and remove access where necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
Service availability
Availability may vary due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party dependencies, provider limits, or service changes. ArcStack may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features over time.
Intellectual property
ArcStack retains all rights in its software, branding, website content, and service materials except where rights are expressly granted to customers for normal product use. Customers retain rights in the content they submit to the service, subject to the permissions needed for ArcStack to operate the product.
Termination
Customers may stop using the service at any time. ArcStack may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, security risk, or material violation of these terms.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are handled according to the refund policy. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse completed billing periods unless a refund is approved.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent allowed by law, ArcStack provides the service on an as-available basis and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from product use, downtime, account misuse, or third-party provider changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
