Refund policy

ArcStack sells digital subscription access. Customers can cancel future renewals from the account dashboard once service access is available.

• Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Partial refunds may be considered for billing errors or service access issues.
• Used subscription periods are generally non-refundable.
